Chinook Design's Terms Of Service
1. Ownership & Licensing
1.1 Intellectual Property
All products provided by Chinook Design’s remain the sole intellectual property of Chinook Design’s. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products. This license does not grant ownership of any assets or materials.
1.2 No Claim of Ownership
You may not claim ownership, authorship, or rights to any content provided by Chinook Design’s, including but not limited to models, textures, scripts, or other assets, regardless of how they are used.
2. Reselling, Redistribution & Sharing
2.1 No Reselling
You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute Chinook Design’s products—original or modified—for monetary compensation or benefit unless explicitly authorized in writing.
2.2 No Redistribution
Uploading, sharing, or distributing products to other platforms, services, websites, or individuals—publicly or privately—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. This includes direct file sharing and third-party hosting.
3. Refunds & Chargebacks
3.1 No Refunds
All sales are final. Once a product or service has been started or delivered, no refunds will be issued. Requesting a refund after delivery constitutes a violation of this TOS.
3.2 No Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted. Any attempt to charge back will result in immediate revocation of access to all products and may lead to legal action.
4. Access After Discord Removal
4.1 Product Access
If you are removed from the Chinook Design’s Discord server, you will retain access to products you have already purchased unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Continued Compliance
Loss of Discord access does not exempt you from complying with these Terms of Service.
5. Modifications & Personal Use
5.1 Modifications
You may modify purchased assets for personal use only within the scope of your license.
5.2 No Distribution of Modified Assets
Modified versions may not be shared, sold, or distributed in any form unless explicitly authorized in writing.
6. Commissioned Work
6.1 No Refunds on Commissions
All commissioned work is non-refundable once started or delivered due to time and resources invested.
6.2 Revisions
Revisions must be requested within the agreed-upon revision period. Additional changes outside that period may incur extra fees.
7. Asset Theft & Unauthorized Usage
7.1 No Asset Theft
Stealing, ripping, extracting, or reusing textures, models, scripts, or other assets from Chinook Design’s products is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Respect for Creators
Any use outside the granted license requires written approval. Disrespect toward intellectual property rights will not be tolerated.
8. Product Support & Updates
8.1 Support
Support may be provided at the discretion of Chinook Design’s and is not guaranteed indefinitely.
8.2 Updates
Products may receive updates or bug fixes, but continued updates are not guaranteed. Any updates provided will be available to existing customers.
9. Violations of Terms
9.1 Consequences
Violations of this TOS—including redistribution, unauthorized resale, chargebacks, or asset theft—will result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.
9.2 Disciplinary Action
Violators may be permanently banned from future purchases and removed from all Chinook Design’s communities.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Right to Modify
Chinook Design’s reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated via Discord or email. Continued use of products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Agreement
By purchasing or using Chinook Design’s products, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
